To prepare students for careers as hospitality leaders, the unique Professional Immersion Module provides a chance to fully absorb the operations and culture of hospitality from day one. Students will have access to the state-of-the-art facilities of both the Institut Paul Bocuse Chateau and the five-star Hotel Royal in the center of Lyon. Sharing your time between EMLYON and Institut Paul Bocuse’s French campuses, you will experience EMLYON’s proven expertise in entrepreneurship with courses such as Innovation Management, Essentials of Marketing and Introduction to Cross-Cultural Management.
